ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• As most items are made to order, we can generally cancel or modify orders within the first 24-48 hours of order placement.  
  Call us at 800/792-2093 with your order number so that we can make these changes.
• If you want to modify or cancel an order, please call us immediately.  We will make every effort to accommodate when possible.  However, orders that have shipped or are “in-process” at the factory cannot be altered or cancelled.
